RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE PARENTS

  • The Principal sends information about the activities, achievements, growth and development of students.
  • Progress cards are given at the end of each assessment period.
  • Parents-Teachers, meeting are organized.
  • Parents are encouraged to meet the teachers, by appointment made through the prospectus and discuss the progress of their wards.
  • Parents and guardians are requested to co-operate with the school authorities in all matters concerning formation and education of their children Parents are requested to check the school diaries daily for assignments. remarks and complaints (If any) by the Principal or teachers.
  • Criticism of the child s teacher or the school in the presence of the child should be 'avoided as it IS likely to affect their good name.
  • If the parents have any grievance against any of the teachers they are advised to meet the Principal and settle the matter amicably.
  • We do not recommend that parents engage private tutors unnecessarily. We discourage tuitions since they may prove harmful to the real progress of the pupil.
  • Parents are always welcome to meet the Principal to discuss the progress of their children. To consult the teachers regarding the progress of their children. an appointment is to be made through the Principal or the Vice Principal according to the free time of teachers or after class hours.
  • Please urge your wards to be regular and punctual and insist on neatness and cleanliness of their text books, exercise books and personal appearance.
  • No guardian is allowed to enter any classroom or go upstairs without the permission from the school authorities.
  • Parents are requested to be respectably dressed while accompanying their wards to school.

WITHDRAWAL

For the withdrawal of a student at least THIRTY DAYS notice must be given to the principal in writing, failing which one month's fees will be charged.

SUSPENSION AND DISMISSAL

The Principal reserves to himself / herself the right to dismiss a student from the school. Any student whose conduct is in his/her opinion, against the good moral tone of the school. Immorality in word or deed, willful damage to School property, grave insubordination, Contempt of any authority, Unsatisfactory progress in studies and lack of diligence, are sufficient grounds for dismissal. The Principal is the sole judge regarding the dismissal of a student. When they apply for their ward's admission to Crescent, they are expected to accept his judgement in such matters as final.

The Principal also reserves to himself / herself the right to suspend a student from attendance at the school and to determine the period of suspension, depending on the gravity of the particular situation.
